Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and all
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
1. Registration Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations
made 120 days or more before the conference start date will receive an 80%
refund (applicable only to non-discounted registrations).
- Cancellations
made between 119 and 90 days before the conference start date will receive
a 50% refund.
- Cancellations
made less than 89 days before the conference start date are non-refundable
for both registration and accommodation fees.
- Virtual
Participation Registrations are Non-refundable.
- Any
bank charges/transaction fees incurred during the refund process must be
fully covered by the participant.
- Discounted
registration fees are non-refundable. However, the amount can be
transferred to a future event.
- All
refunds will be processed only after the completion of the event.
2. Personal Reasons
No refunds or compensation will be provided for
cancellations due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:
- Travel
difficulties
- Visa
issues
- Health
concerns
- Financial
constraints
3. Registration Transfer
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your
registration to another eligible participant. The replacement delegate:
- Must
have relevant expertise in the conference theme.
- Must
obtain prior approval from the Conference Committee/Chairperson.
- The
request for transfer must be submitted at least 30 days before the
conference start date.
4. Cancellation Due to Natural Disasters or Postponement
- The
organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference due to
unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, calamities, terrorism,
or insufficient attendees.
- In
such cases, the organizer will not accept refund requests for cancelled
flights or other travel-related expenses.
- However,
registered participants may transfer their registration and accommodation
fees to a future or related conference.
- The
organizer is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to
property during the event.
